Suggest what do you want to remove, add, and change for the fair tournament.

I think every island will be surounded by a wall with a small oppening in middle where will be a arena so everyone will gather only on their island and there will not be any steal and when time is comming, they will go to arena and who kills other one, will have free way to his island but if he got killed he will be atacked by his killer on his own island
I think it will be fair like this.

We can do sth like killer said. Give wall kits at start 10 for each tribe but you must make kits and towers stockable 5x. with that wall kits you need to agree with your opponents for the island which u will battle. At day 8 time ends and all players must go to the picked island.All the trolls there have 1 life and E.G. if the trolls from tribe 1 die the tribe 2 win the game. Oh all the trolls must go to the tournanment place with selled soul but unharmed!!!!!

Well the idea is not bad ... but JTR was made as a Survival role-play game ... not an arena duel map with troll theme ....

the idea to make it more competitive is good and there needs to be a trackable way how to decide whos better.... how about making skill+class- related challenges :

-it would work on a 1 or more trolls off every tribe ( same class ) matchup
or there could be mixed groups aswell Smile
-every class would have 1 or more challenges e.g warrior would have 'Rite of strenght' etc. ( more challenges could be added later if it is too much work for the mapmakers at once )
-You ( the mapmakers) should decide whether to make it possible to win only one way ... or make several possibilities that the player could choose Wink
-the start of every challenge could be arranged in the middle where there would be some q start at an 'old ancient altar for proving  the [choose challenge] Wink'
when activated there could be like a vote system like who joins ( leave it open for about a day so others could react)
then all of them would be teleported offmap ( you could add a dungeon style part off the original map to some side where these parts of the chalenges would be Wink)
-there could be a reward for the winner ... well that can be anything you decide ... but even lvls could be cool Smile

how about :
- change the fogging like increse the high ground with more vision
- change the woods, so we can escepace from enemy like at Dota
- Tottem just can place at island near middle
- increase variation of quest and bonus
- decrese cooldown skill
- make recall papper for all troll, so when they go hunt and their base attacked they
will return using that papper (like TOWN SCROLL)
- we start with 10 wall and fire camp
- make tower 2 slot (weapon and ammo) so it will refill instanly when teh ammo runout
- reduce idol cooldown, so we can slowdown enemy when gathering resource with bad
weather
- increase tottem mana regeneration and decrease tottem protection

i think it will not delete the Role-playing survival from JTR, just make it more action
