Hello,

I just played the 4.2 version and I tried out the voodoo shaman. I wanted to make this voodoo doll dagger. Therefore you need a bone dagger.

Maybe Im too dump, but there is noo bone dagger any more coz it was replaced by another dagger, I don't know the name.

Thats a pitty coz u cant use the voodoo doll-.-

Last time with my friends .. host went to team 2 and I took red's place , while i was picking the difficulty I picked normal while in the exact same time the host
wrote -normal after that the game was so hard .. we lost food and heat so fast
although animals had normal hit points and damage
what's the cause of that ?

If you use the dagger crafting, you should have Bone in your inventory and NOT have Flint or Horn, because the game tries to craft the stronger dagger first (if you have the resources).


About the -normal: yes, sorry, there was a bug with choosing difficulty I noticed last week. I fixed it for 4.3.
There is still a chance if some trigger overlapped... I'll take some measures.

So maybe you could optimize this dagger crafting, because especially beginner have no idea about this function, even I didn't know.

I played a game and there was a bug where my shaman was not able to pick up a bone axe... could not cut trees for wood coz it was 1on1 so we had to remake-.-

if there's 2 ropes on forge's slot 1 and you click to disassemble, you get 2 tinders and 1 rope disappears.

EvilChild: About the axe, which was unable to pick up: this is an old bug with item limits which we still cannot fix. In this case you can type -debug
This will cause your character to drop all items and will reset all limits.

I was a shaman and I had a bone axe.

Some more bug I found:
If you have a merchant shop and you buy things in the shop till the inventory of the shop is full, the shop drops
all coins as SINGLE coins around the shop, but 1 coin.

By selling your soul tot he devil, you can be revived in deep water and then you can't move anymore.

It seems that no matter the difficulty, no matter the class, when I press the crafting button, my game stops responding. Completely. I also noticed that when I try to select the shaman class, I have the same issue. I am given no error message, nothing to state that something went wrong, just a frozen game and a distressed me!

Any help appreciated!

More a glitch than a bug:
When you eat any food there is a cooldown. If you drop the food and pick it up again the cooldown is lower.

You gain experience if you destroy your own buildings.

EvilChild, the problem with the gold coins and some other crafting drops is being caused by the stacking system. Alas, I cannot fix it, too advanced for me. I hope the programmer himself would some day improve it.

If you revive in deep water by your own decision, face the consequences Smile

When you eat food, drop it and take it back, some of the cooldown is past and the cooldown left should be less.

You gain Exp for destroying your own buildings, because you have spent resources for them. Thus you can do whatever you want with them.


Groundhawg, this is really strange. So it is happening every game to you?
Which is your version of Warcraft III?

I noticed that when you cook food, you can get the following text messages at the place where you cooked it:

Burned!!!
Done!
Great!!!

I noticed that the "Great" feature will only appear after your cooking is level one, which is fine. But the "Burned!" message makes no sense, especially that it can occur to ANY cookable source, including the skulls to shrunken heads.

Although, wouldn't the "Burned" message also sort of make the food burned or overcooked? (Burned meat)


If Burned meat was to be created, I believe it should have these effects:

-2.5 hp/10 sec (A total of 5 damage to a troll)
+15 food
35-50% puke chance for 40-80 food loss.

Thanks! Fixed.

Burned meal just disappears. If you are cook level 1 or more, there is no chance to burn the meal, otherwise the chance is 5%.

I had to experience that there are places where you can exit your boat, but you can not enter again...

kinda sucks because a boat isn't that cheap.

Maybe you can enlarge the radius for units being able to enter the boat.

when i lit firecamp, it began 2 rain but firecamp didn't doused off. it still remain burning,
the hot spring at the far northeast there's no info panel
and when shaman use voodoo form to river crap still it can attack shaman

This is not fixable since the crab obviously used the pincer ability so it was holding him and dealing damage. In that case, voodoo form works like the vanilla Blood MAge's Banish, that means that any spell has greater affect on the victim and is vulnerable to anything.

This also means that you can still shoot arrows, throw spears, throw rocks at the banished target in JTT.

Also, I encountered a bug that the tutorial may sometimes repeat itself randomly so people will start getting impatient because there is no way to skip the tutorial. I would like to see if you press ESC, a text message comes up like this:

"XXXXXX has voted to skip tutorial, X more votes needed."

when you damaged on the packable buildings, you can fix it without payment just package it
and rebuild on the ground then you can get 100% hp
also, you can use tent though it's not completed ex)u can sleep in tent when it's percentage is 50%
and i don know it's bug or not, berry bushes r not seen in the explored location i think berry bushes r treated as unit
map's preview image (before 2 start game) is only white
idk why, there's decrease's of troll's hp over time(slowly)

wat's the use of mana in the firecamp?
the recipe of the totem of horror "any skull" is that means you can get another skull?(not troll's)

This bug is unfixable as this is just how the created buildings from items are made. Unless you made a very advanced trigger, it would not be do-able.

The trigger to sleep in the tent is created where the tent is placed, which has nothing to do with the completion timer.

Not encountered this either, make sure you aren't affected by Warrior enrage stance, disease, frozen, poison, etc.

Burned meat is just meat that you attempted to cook, but disappears because it was burned, unedible.

Yes, you can get elder beast skulls.

and wat are the elder animals?

Elder animals are unique animals that appear late game. They will not die of age and they have increased stats, such as health and damage. Personally I have seen the following elder animals in the map:

Elder Grizzly (Not the unique animal)
Elder Crocodile
Elder Razzorback (This is spelled wrong, as it is spelled "Elder Razorback")
Elder Alpha Wolf

All elder animals are harder to kill and they drop a "Elder beast skull". Elder beast skulls work just as troll skulls, but you can't make rotten trolls from them (At least that is what I believe). You can, still make shrunken heads from them
.


Also, I found another possible bug. Is it supposed to be that Rotten trolls use the building damage type? They do not hurt with their regular attacks and you have to make them a weapon. This makes them dependant on weapons and any beast can kill them without the rotten troll being able to hurt it.

- the shaman can't take a sarbacane.
- the trap hunter's (spicked trap ) have a probleme, when it attack it remove
- the shaman can't wear armor (lv1)
-when you sell item in the market, all item on the flor are destroy

1. The shaman is not able to take a sarbacane if he is carrying another off-hand. If it still does not work, do -debug.

2. The spiked trap is a one use only, you are supposed to replace it once it has been used.

3. Same problem with 1, -debug.

4. NEver encountered.

PostSubject: Small bug/abuse with totem   July 12th 2011, 04:01

Hi,
there's a small obvious bug with the totem.
If you craft Demonic Scriptures without parchments, you start the cooldown but get 50 mana less back than you have previously deducted.
It is the OTHER WAY AROUND with Demonic Stone, after you have used it without the ingrdients, you start the cooldown BUT YOU GET 50 MANA MORE back than you have previously invested.
It's obviously just a minor hasty bug that got overlooked.

I found ... 1st i don't know if it isn't here right now but. When me and my friend reach lvl 10 and still were doin' quests ... for every quest u get Exp. book BUT we cannot take them for max LVL and cannost destroy them ... after that there were so many of them and we cannot took rewards from quests such as MANA STONE or CAKES ... can u make book as item that will be added to your inventory and then u will use it ... it can be for sale too or something.

When shammy get spell book ... he can use it only from that invenotry slot which that spell book get . U pick it up. 90% of time is 1st slot free so u can use it only in there ... if you move it in other slot your book will be empty.

This won't be fixable until Blizzard changes that problem (highly doubtable).
NOTE: This problem is common with most maps, so keep that in mind when you are moving spell containers. So if you really need that book so badly in a different slot, fill the slots that come before your desired slot.

Or just drop the book and pick it up again and don't move it around in the inventory.
